When you start any workout.. It is very important to warm up first. And when you finish. You need to cool down. These two steps help your body stay healthy, strong, and safe.

What is Warm Up?

A warm up is small. Easy exercise you do before your main workout. It tells your body, “Hey, I am going to move now!” This helps your heart, muscles, and joints get ready.
